Testimonials

Thomas Kovacevic: Outdoor Afrobeats

I took an Afro Beats workshop with Veeva, and it was great.  I have never tried to learn choreography before, but it was fun as well as challenging.  Veeva's pacing is perfect.  I don't think any of the more experienced dancers were bored, and yet I as a beginner was able to keep up.  She is very clear demonstrating the moves. And I loved the music and the beats!  I really enjoyed it, and would recommend the class to anyone. Just come ready to move!

Gretta Buckley: Outdoor Afrobeats

Veeva's classes are so much fun! I am challenged by the choreography but feel supported by her teaching and inspired every time to just let loose and move freely. I have left every class I've taken with her feeling energized and confident!

Ana Davis: Casco Bay High School

I love how Veeva makes sure that we know all of the moves. Ive known Veeva for almost a year for paths and she’s taught me never to give up on learning her moves.

Stephanie Harmon: Hustle and Flow Studio

Class with Veeva is so much fun! She is such a talented dancer with a very effective teaching method. The way Veeva builds on a dance makes it feel very accessible. Veeva has a versatile style! I have taken her Afrobeat, Throwback Hip Hop and “Famous Choreography” classes. Veeva not only teaches a dance but she will challenge you without making you feel like you can’t do it. I highly recommend Veeva’s classes from beginner to advanced!

I absolutely LOVED the Single Ladies choreography class Veeva taught. Her energy is amazing, she made it so fun and approachable, and it was a great workout. I would go again for sure!

Mallory Haar: Hustle and Flow Studio
"You simply MUST take a class with Veeva! She is the kind of teacher that makes even the most nervous new dancer comfortable learning new things. She's patient, clear and positive. She's a fantastic dancer herself (obviously) and her enthusiasm for dance is rivaled only by how happy she is to see her students succeed! You'll have so much fun in the upbeat, shame-free environment that Veeva creates in her classes.

Berta Lindos: Hustle and Flow Studio
"I highly recommend taking Veeva’s Afro-Beat class! If you’ve been hesitant to take a class for whatever reason, don’t be! She is an excellent teacher and very patient! Do something good for your soul and let loose a little, you won’t regret it." ðŸ˜Š
